Automating robotic coating is more than just generating a painting path with a robot. It’s automating part transfer to maximize the robot’s potential for continuous spraying, while giving you a level of consistency and increased capacity you’ve never seen before.
It used to be that increasing your output meant hiring more people and adding a shift to your line. Not anymore.
With a LestaUSA Automated Wheel Refinishing System, you can get a total solution that lets you finish more parts without hiring by upskilling the people you already have.

A Lesta Self-Learning Finishing Robot records the movement and spray technique of your best painter in a weightless learning mode. The skills of the painter are then saved and repeated on future jobs. It’s so easy, you can be painting robotically on Day One following installation.
A wheel refinishing system never stops with an automated conveyor as the driver. Wheels move through the load, coat, cure, cool, and unload zones at a line speed dictated by the cure time. The amount of time needed for the wheel to cure in the oven sets the pace of the line in each zone.
LestaUSA training includes how the conveyor line speed dictates the amount of time the wheel will be in each zone. Mastering zones allows a system to run at its maximum potential and even finish wheels unattended while at break and lunch.
LestaUSA automated systems are designed to grow and evolve as you do. Tell us your cure time and we’ll tell you how many wheels you can finish or what equipment you will need to add to meet your goals.
Not only does DeGeest use the same technology that they sell in their own production environment, but everything in this wheel finishing system has been designed, built, tested, and proven in-house by DeGeest. So when your system is installed, you know everything is ready to produce on day one. That’s the peace of mind you’ll get with DeGeest Corporation.
Engineering and application expert walks through how DeGeest’s automation solution can increase throughput and employee retention.
